Printable 1:1 thread pitch & drill gauges
Print it once.
Pin it by the vise.
Thread pitch combs for every TPI and metric pitch, plus two drill V-gauges, drawn in true millimetres. Paper gauges need no screen calibration. Glue the sheets to card stock for a durable shop gauge.
- 01ScalePrint at 100% or “Actual size”. Turn off “Fit to page”.
- 02PaperLetter or A4, portrait. Margins 10 mm or less.
- 03CheckThe check ruler must read exactly 100 mm and 4 in.
- 04UseSeat ten teeth with no drift, or lay the bit across the V.
